By using the AlgoNexa private-alpha website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Private-alpha service
AlgoNexa currently provides a limited software demonstration and guided strategy-validation intake. Features may change, be unavailable, or require a separate written scope.
2. No investment advice
AlgoNexa does not provide personalized investment advice, broker services, custody, or a guarantee of trading performance. Vision Grade is an evidence assessment and not a recommendation or profit forecast.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality and rights associated with submitted material, independent due diligence, risk decisions, broker and platform terms, and keeping credentials out of public forms.
4. Hypothetical results
Backtested, simulated, and hypothetical results have inherent limitations, may benefit from hindsight, and can differ materially from live execution. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your submitted strategy material. Any transfer of confidential source material or detailed evidence must follow the secure process and written terms agreed for an engagement.
6. Availability and limitation
The private-alpha service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoNexa is not liable for trading losses or decisions made using demonstration content or assessments.
