Privacy notice

This notice explains how AlgoNexta handles information during the private-alpha customer experience.
1. Who is responsible
AlgoNexta is operated by Technologies AlgoNexta inc. (AlgoNexta Technologies Inc.), a company incorporated in Québec, Canada. See our legal notice at https://algonexta.com/legal for company details. This notice is written to meet Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
2. Person responsible for personal information
The President of Technologies AlgoNexta inc. is responsible for the protection of personal information. Contact: support@algonexta.com.
3. Information we collect
For Strategy Check requests, we collect the name, email, optional company, strategy format, market, message, consent version, request source, and limited technical information used for security and abuse prevention. Do not submit passwords, API keys, broker credentials, or complete source code through public forms.
4. How we use information
We use submitted information to assess the request, respond, operate and secure the service, maintain an audit trail, and improve the customer experience. We do not sell personal information.
5. Service providers
Hosting, database, email, analytics, authentication, and payment providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. Payment details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AlgoNexta.
6. Social media accounts and third-party platforms
AlgoNexta publishes educational indicator videos and posts to its own brand accounts on YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. To do this, an authorized AlgoNexta administrator connects those brand accounts through each platform’s official authorization (OAuth) flow. We store only the access and refresh tokens, the account or Page identifier, and the account name needed to publish; we never see or store the password of any social account. We use this access solely to publish AlgoNexta’s own content and to read basic status of that content. We do not read private messages, do not collect personal data about the followers or viewers of these accounts through these connections, do not sell or share this data, and do not use it for advertising profiling or automated decisions about individuals. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies (Google/YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok).
7. Revoking social access and deleting data
AlgoNexta can disconnect any social account at any time from the administration panel, which deletes the stored tokens and identifiers. Access can also be revoked from the platform side (for example, Facebook Business Integrations, LinkedIn permitted services, TikTok connected apps, or Google security settings). To request deletion of any data related to you, follow the steps on our data deletion page at https://algonexta.com/data-deletion or email support@algonexta.com.
8. Retention
We retain request and account information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, security, contractual, and legal purposes. Retention periods will be refined as the private alpha matures.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and security requirements. You may also decline nonessential analytics where consent controls are offered.
