Data deletion instructions

You can ask AlgoNexta to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, including for data connected to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or X.
1. Email us
Send a request to support@algonexta.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us which platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or X) and the account name or profile link the request relates to, so we can find it without asking for passwords.
2. What we delete
We delete any personal information we hold about you, including Strategy Check submissions, account records, and any data received through a social platform connection that relates to you. We confirm by email once deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.
3. Social platform connections
AlgoNexta’s social integrations connect only AlgoNexta’s own brand accounts. We do not collect data about followers or viewers through them. If you connected an account to AlgoNexta yourself, you can also remove our access directly: on Facebook or Instagram, open Settings → Business Integrations and remove AlgoNexta; on LinkedIn, Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services; on TikTok, Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions; on Google, myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Records we may keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where needed for security and fraud prevention, such as billing records and audit logs, for only as long as necessary.
